The Five Vital Energies (Pancha Prāṇa) How our ancestors understood prāṇa — the life-force — has always fascinated me. According to ancient wisdom, five vital energies or "vāyus" manage our physical and subtle functions. These are not just physiological processes but sacred flows of life energy.
