ಶಿವಪಂಚಾಕ್ಷರ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಮಾಲಾ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ

ಶ್ರೀಮದಾತ್ಮನೇ ಗುಣೈಕಸಿಂಧವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಧಾಮಲೇಶಧೂತಕೋಕಬಂಧವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ನಾಮಶೇಷಿತಾನಮದ್ಭವಾಂಧವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ
ಪಾಮರೇತರಪ್ರಧಾನಬಂಧವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥1॥


I am offering myself to that Lord Shiva to 
  1. shrimadAtmane: to the one who is pure atma form, the supreme soul, who is "revered, esteemed, authoritative" and filled with all auspiciousness.
  2. guNaikasindhu : a vast or boundless ocean of qualities, attributes, or virtues embodied by a singular entity or character; one who possesses an extensive array of admirable qualities or virtues.
  3. dhAmalEshadhUtakOkabaMdha - dhAma (effulgence, brilliance) lesha (a small fraction), dhoota (cleansed or fanned or agitated), kOkabandhu is the sun; Lord Shiva, fraction of who's effulgence overpowers even the sun. 
  4. nAmashEShiTanamadbhavAMdhavE: nAmaseShitA - who's only the name is left (i.e. referring to those who leave this world); namat (those who bow down); bhava-andhava - those who lead a worldly life; those who lack awareness or understanding of the true nature of existence or reality. I bow down to Lord Shiva who will make the ignorance of existence disappear (become name sake only) to those who bow down to Him. 
  5. pAmarEtara-pradhAna-bandhavE: pAmara is one with low character; pAmarEtara means "those other than the pAmarAs", i.e. the learned ones. pradhAna - primary, foremost, prominent, supreme; bandhu - a relative or kinsman; Lord Shiva is the superior most among the learned ones and is very dear to them. He offers the status of the learned to those who He is pleased with.  

ಕಾಲಭೀತವಿಪ್ರಬಾಲಪಾಲ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಶೂಲಭಿನ್ನದುಷ್ಟದಕ್ಷಫಾಲ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ಮೂಲಕಾರಣಾಯ ಕಾಲಕಾಲ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಪಾಲಯಾಧುನಾ ದಯಾಳವಾಲ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥ 2॥
  1. kAla-bhIta-vipra-bAla-pAla: kAlabhIta - one who is afraid of yama, vipra-bAla - the young brahmana (mArkandeya), pAla - one who protected; I bow down to that Lord Shiva who protected the young brahamana kid (mArkandEya) from his fear of yama. This applies to any of us, those who are naive in our pursuit of knowledge but He will protect us even from the worst of all fears, the fear of death. 
  2. shUla-bhinna-duShTa-daksha-phAla: shUla (the trident) bhinna (cut open, break) duShta daksha (the wicked daksha) phAla (forehead); I bow down to that Lord Shiva who broke the forehead of wicked daksha with his trident
  3. mUlakAraNaya kalakAla: mUlakAraNa (the primeval cause), kAlakAla (the death to the Lord of death); I bow down to that Lord Shiva who is the primeval cause of existence and who is the Lord of the Lord of death. 
  4. pAlaya-adhunA dayALavAla: pAlaya - protect us; adhuna - right now; dayALavAla - the repository of compassion; 

ಇಷ್ಟವಸ್ತುಮುಖ್ಯದಾನಹೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ದುಷ್ಟದೈತ್ಯವಂಶಧೂಮಕೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ಸೃಷ್ಟಿರಕ್ಷಣಾಯ ಧರ್ಮಸೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಅಷ್ಟಮೂರ್ತಯೇ ವೃಷೇಂದ್ರಕೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥3॥  
  1. ishtavastu-mukhya-dAna-hEtavE : what is "ishta vastu"? what is dAna and mukhya dAna? I bow down to the one who is the principal donor of things desired. He is the one who controls the mind and is the reason for all desires and satisfaction of all desires. 
  2. duShTa-daitya-vaMsha-dhUma-kEtavE namaH shivAya: I bow down to the one who is the fireball of destruction of the wicked host of demons. 

    व्यवसायात्मिका बुद्धिरेकेह कुरुनन्दन | बहुशाखा ह्यनन्ताश्च बुद्धयोऽव्यवसायिनाम् || 41||
    उद्धरेदात्मनाऽऽत्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्। आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः।।6.5।|

    ānukūlyasya saṅkalpaḥ
    prātikūlyasya varjanam
    rakṣiṣyatīti viśvāso
    goptṛtve varaṇaṁ tathā
    ātma-nikṣepa
    kārpaṇye
    ṣaḍ-vidhā śaraṇāgatiḥ

    ānukūlyasya—of anything that assists devotional service to the Lord; saṅkalpaḥ—acceptance; prātikūlyasya—of anything that hinders devotional service; varjanam—complete rejection; rakṣiṣyati—He will protect; iti—thus; viśvāsaḥ—strong conviction; goptṛtve—in being the guardian, like the father or husband, master or maintainer; varaṇam—acceptance; tathā—as well as; ātma-nikṣepa—full self-surrender; kārpaṇye—humility; ṣaṭ-vidhā—sixfold; śaraṇa-āgatiḥ—process of surrender.

  3. sRuShTi-rakshaNAya-dharma-sEtavE namaH shivAya: I bow down to Lord Shiva who is the dharma-sEtu - the bridge of dharma - that is there to protect this creation. 

  4. ashTamUrtaye-vRShEdra-kEtave: I bow down to Lord Shiva who manifests in 8 forms (5 bhUtAs plus sUrya, chandra, yajamAna), and has the excellent bull as His flag. 

     Kaushitaki Brahmana of the Rigveda (6.1)yad bhava āpas tena। yat śarvo agnis tena। yat paśu patir vāyus tena। yad ugro deva oṣadhayo vanaspatayas tena। yan mahān deva ādityas tena। yad rudraś candramās tena। yad īśāno annam tena। yad aśanir indras tena।

    Bhava is Water. Sharva is Fire. Pashupati is Air. Ugra Deva is plants and medicines. Mahadeva is Sun. Rudra is Moon. Ishana is Food. Ashani is Indra or yajamAna2.41

    Aṣṭamūrti (अष्टमूर्ति) refers to the eight cosmic bodies of Śiva, according to the Śivapurāṇa 1.19.—“among the eight cosmic bodies of Śiva (aṣṭamūrti), the Earthen body (pārthiva) is the best. Since it is not worshipped by any one else O Brāhmaṇas! it yields great benefit. Just as Śiva is the oldest and the most excellent of all deities, so also his earthly phallic image is the most excellent of all. [...]”.

    The Eight Cosmic Bodies (aṣṭamūrti) (consisting of the three worlds) are defined in chapter 1.21:—

    1. the Earth (kṣiti),
    2. the waters (apas/ap),
    3. the fire (anala),
    4. the wind (vāyu),
    5. the Ether (ākāśa),
    6. the sun (sūrya),
    7. the moon (soma) and
    8. the sacrificer (yajamāna).

    The following eight manifestations of Śiva shall be worshipped with these cosmic bodies (aṣṭamūrti) respectively:

    1. Śarva,
    2. Bhava,
    3. Rudra,
    4. Ugra,
    5. Bhīma,
    6. Īśvara,
    7. Mahādeva and
    8. Paśupati.

ಆಪದದ್ರಿಭೇದಟಂಕಹಸ್ತ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಪಾಪಹಾರಿ ದಿವ್ಯಸಿಂಧುಮಸ್ತ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ಪಾಪಹಾರಿಣೇ ಲಸನ್ನಮಸ್ತತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಶಾಪದೋಷಖಂಡನಪ್ರಶಸ್ತ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ॥4॥

  1. aapat-adri-bheda-taMka-hasta: I bow down to Shiva whose hands are the stone crushing chisels that break the mountain of calamities. 
  2. paapahhaari-divya-sindhu-masta: I bow down to Shiva who has the ocean of water (ganga) that can remove all sins.
  3. paapa-hAriNe-lasat-namasta-te: I bow down to Shiva who is the remover of all sins, to who all salutations are directed.  
  4. shApa-sOSha-khaNDana-prashata - i bow down to Shiva, who is the most excelled among those who can remove the evil outcomes of a curse. 
ವ್ಯೋಮಕೇಶ ದಿವ್ಯಭವ್ಯರೂಪ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಹೇಮಮೇದಿನೀಧರೇಂದ್ರಚಾಪ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ನಾಮಮಾತ್ರದಗ್ಧಸರ್ವಪಾಪ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಕಾಮನೈಕತಾನಹೃದ್ದುರಾಪ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥5॥

  1. vyOmakEsha-divya-bhavya-rUpa: I bow down to Shiva who has the space as His hair, and possesses a divine and auspicious form.
  2. hEma-mEdinI-dharEndra-chApa: I bow down to Shiva who is the Lord who supports the arc of Himalayan mountains and the earth. Or, I bow down to Shiva who wields arrows that are in the form of Mount Meru.
  3. nAma-mAtra-dagdha-sarva-pApa: I bow down to Shiva, who's name when uttered destroys all sins. 
  4. kAma-naika-tAna-hrd-durApa: I bow down to Shiva, who is inaccessible (durApa) for those who's hearts are abode of many (material) desires.  
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಮಸ್ತಕಾವಲೀನಿಬದ್ಧ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಜಿಹ್ಮಗೇಂದ್ರಕುಂಡಲಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ।
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣೇ ಪ್ರಣೀತವೇದಪದ್ಧತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಜಿಹ್ಮಕಾಲದೇಹದತ್ತಪದ್ಧತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥6॥ 

  1. brahma-mastaka-avalI-nibaddha: brahma could mean creation, creator, vedas etc. mastaka could mean crown, head, skull, summit etc. avali - a line up or garland of something; I bow down to Shiva who puts together a line of holy skulls; He is the head among a long line of brahmas; He is known to adorn vedAs as a garland. 
  2. jihmagEndra-kuNdala-prasiddha: jihma is something that is crooked, and jihmaga is one that moves in a crooked way, which is a snake in this context; prasiddha means arranged, adorned, adorn. 
    I bow down to Shvia who adorns the chief of snakes as the ear ring or bracelet; He is the Lord of the snakes who wears fame as his amulet. 
  3. brahmaNe-praNIta-veda-paddhate: I bow down to Shiva who taught vedic widsom / methods to brahma 
  4. jihmakAla-dEha-datta-paddate: jimhakAla - I bow to Shiva who establishes the rituals  (shaivAgama digests or manuals) to escape the clutches of this mortal world (jimhakAladEha - the temporary mortal body that we all have received from Shiva). 

    Totally there are eighteen paddhatis and their authors are as follows:

    1. Durvāsa,
    2. Piṅgala,
    3. Ugrajyoti,
    4. Śrīkaṇṭha,
    5. Viṣṇukaṇṭha,
    6. Subodha,
    7. Vidyākaṇṭha,
    8. Rāmakaṇṭha,
    9. Jñānakaṇṭha,
    10. Jñānaśaṅkara,
    11. Somaśambhu,
    12. Brahmaśambhu,
    13. Trilocanaśiva,
    14. Aghoraśiva,
    15. Varuṇaśiva,
    16. Prasādaśiva,
    17. Rāmakaṇṭhaśiva
    18. Īśānaśiva.


ಕಾಮನಾಶನಾಯ ಶುದ್ಧಕರ್ಮಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಸಾಮಗಾನಜಾಯಮಾನಶರ್ಮಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । 
ಹೇಮಕಾಂತಿಚಾಕಚಕ್ಯವರ್ಮಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ 
ಸಾಮಜಾಸುರಾಂಗಲಬ್ಧಚರ್ಮಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥7॥ 

  1. kAma-nAshanAya-shuddha-karmane - I bow down to Shiva who destroys worldly desires (in the form of KamadEva) and sets His devotees in the path of pure deeds (He Himself is in the path of pure deeds). 
  2. sAma-gAna-jAya-mAna-sharmaNe: I bow down to Shiva who feels delighted upon listening to the music of sAmavAda. 
  3. hEma-kANti-chAka-chakya-varmaNe - I bow down to Shiva who is surrounded by a halo of luster resembling the sheen of gold 
  4. sAmaja-Asura-anga-labda-charmaNe - sAmaja (elephant) aasura (demon) anga-labda-charma (skin derived from the limbs of) ... I bow down to Shiva who wears the skin of gajAsura 

    gajAsura was the son of Mahisha who was killed by Durga dEvi. He sought boon from Brahma dEva so that he cannot be killed by anyone with desires. Lord Shiva is the only one who has captured kAma, so all the devatAs approached Him to kill gajAsura. Lord Shiva pierced gajAsura with His trishUla. After that gajAsura submitted himself to Lord Shiva. Upon submission, Lord Shiva asked Gajasura to seek a boon to which gajAsura requested Lord Shiva to wear this hide sanctified by the fire of His trident. From that day, Lord's Shiva name is Kṛttivāsas (one clad in elephant-hide).

ಜನ್ಮಮೃತ್ಯುಘೋರದುಃಖಹಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ  ಚಿನ್ಮಯೈಕರೂಪದೇಹಧಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಮನ್ಮನೋರಥಾವಪೂರ್ತಿಕಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸನ್ಮನೋಗತಾಯ ಕಾಮವೈರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥8॥ ಯಕ್ಷರಾಜಬಂಧವೇ ದಯಾಳವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ದಕ್ಷಪಾಣಿಶೋಭಿಕಾಂಚನಾಲವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ। ಪಕ್ಷಿರಾಜವಾಹಹೃಚ್ಛಯಾಲವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಅಕ್ಷಿಫಾಲವೇದಪೂತತಾಲವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥9॥ ದಕ್ಷಹಸ್ತನಿಷ್ಠಜಾತವೇದಸೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಹ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾತ್ಮನೇ ನಮದ್ವಿಡೌಜಸೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ದೀಕ್ಷಿತಪ್ರಕಾಶಿತಾತ್ಮತೇಜಸೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಉಕ್ಷರಾಜವಾಹ ತೇ ಸತಾಂ ಗತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥10॥ ರಾಜತಾಚಲೇಂದ್ರಸಾನುವಾಸಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ರಾಜಮಾನನಿತ್ಯಮಂದಹಾಸಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ರಾಜಕೋರಕಾವತಂಸಭಾಸಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ರಾಜರಾಜಮಿತ್ರತಾ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥11॥ ದೀನಮಾನಬಾಲಿಕಾಮಧೇನವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸೂನವಾಣದಾಹಕೃತ್ಕೃಶಾನವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಸ್ವಾನುರಾಗಭಕ್ತರತ್ನ ಸಾನವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ದಾನವಾಂಧಕಾರಚಂಡಭಾನವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥12॥ ಸರ್ವಮಂಗಳಾಕುಚಾಗ್ರಶಾಯಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸರ್ವದೇವತಾಗಣಾತಿಶಾಯಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಪೂರ್ವದೇವನಾಶಸಂವಿಧಾಯಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸರ್ವಮನ್ಮನೋಜಭಂಗದಾಯಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥13॥ ಸ್ತೋಕಭಕ್ತಿತೋಽಪಿ ಭಕ್ತಪೋಷಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಮಾಕರಂದಸಾರವರ್ಷಿಭಾಷಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಏಕಬಿಲ್ವದಾನತೋಽಪಿ ತೋಷಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ನೈಕಜನ್ಮಪಾಪಜಾಲಶೋಷಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥14॥ ಸರ್ವಜೀವರಕ್ಷಣೈಕಶೀಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಪಾರ್ವತೀಪ್ರಿಯಾಯ ಭಕ್ತಪಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ದುರ್ವಿದಗ್ಧದೈತ್ಯಸೈನ್ಯದಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶರ್ವರೀಶಧಾರಿಣೇ ಕಪಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥15॥ ಪಾಹಿ ಮಾಮುಮಾಮನೋಜ್ಞದೇಹ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ದೇಹಿ ಮೇ ವರಂ ಸಿತಾದ್ರಿಗೇಹ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಮೋಹಿತರ್ಷಿಕಾಮಿನೀಸಮೂಹ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸ್ವೇಹಿತಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಕಾಮದೋಹ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥16॥ ಮಂಗಳಪ್ರದಾಯ ಗೋತುರಂಗ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಗಂಗಯಾ ತರಂಗಿತೋತ್ತಮಾಂಗ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಸಂಗರಪ್ರವೃತ್ತವೈರಿಭಂಗ ತೇ ನಮಃ  ಶಿವಾಯ ಅಂಗಜಾರಯೇ ಕರೇಕುರಂಗ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥17॥ ಈತಿತಕ್ಷಣಪ್ರದಾನಹೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಆಹಿತಾಗ್ನಿಪಾಲಕೋಕ್ಷಕೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ದೇಹಕಾಂತಿಧೂತರೌಪ್ಯಧಾತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಗೇಹದುಃಖಪುಂಜಧೂಮಕೇತವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥18॥ ತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಷ ದೀನಸತ್ಕೃಪಾಕಟಾಕ್ಷ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ದಕ್ಷಸಪ್ತತಂತುನಾಶದಕ್ಷ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಋಕ್ಷರಾಜಭಾನುಪಾವಕಾಕ್ಷ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ರಕ್ಷ ಮಾಂ ಪ್ರಪನ್ನಮಾತ್ರರಕ್ಷ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥19॥ ನ್ಯಂಕುಪಾಣಯೇ ಶಿವಂಕರಾಯ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸಂಕಟಾಬ್ಧಿತೀರ್ಣಕಿಂಕರಾಯ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಪಂಕಭೀಷಿತಾಭಯಂಕರಾಯ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಪಂಕಜಾನನಾಯ ಶಂಕರಾಯ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥20॥ ಕರ್ಮಪಾಶನಾಶ ನೀಲಕಂಠ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶರ್ಮದಾಯ ನರ್ಯಭಸ್ಮಕಂಠ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ನಿರ್ಮಮರ್ಷಿಸೇವಿತೋಪಕಂಠ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಕುರ್ಮಹೇ ನತೀರ್ನಮದ್ವಿಕುಂಠ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥21॥ ವಿಷ್ಟಪಾಧಿಪಾಯ ನಮ್ರವಿಷ್ಣವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶಿಷ್ಟವಿಪ್ರಹೃದ್ಗುಹಾಚರಿಷ್ಣವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಇಷ್ಟವಸ್ತುನಿತ್ಯತುಷ್ಟಜಿಷ್ಣವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಕಷ್ಟನಾಶನಾಯ ಲೋಕಜಿಷ್ಣವೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥22॥ ಅಪ್ರಮೇಯದಿವ್ಯಸುಪ್ರಭಾವ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಸತ್ಪ್ರಪನ್ನರಕ್ಷಣಸ್ವಭಾವ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಸ್ವಪ್ರಕಾಶ ನಿಸ್ತುಲಾನುಭಾವ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ವಿಪ್ರಡಿಂಭದರ್ಶಿತಾರ್ದ್ರಭಾವ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥23॥ ಸೇವಕಾಯ ಮೇ ಮೃಡ ಪ್ರಸೀದ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಭಾವಲಭ್ಯ ತಾವಕಪ್ರಸಾದ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಪಾವಕಾಕ್ಷ ದೇವಪೂಜ್ಯಪಾದ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ತಾವಕಾಂಘ್ರಿಭಕ್ತದತ್ತಮೋದ ತೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥24॥ ಭುಕ್ತಿಮುಕ್ತಿದಿವ್ಯಭೋಗದಾಯಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಕಲ್ಪಿತಪ್ರಪಂಚಭಾಗಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಭಕ್ತಸಂಕಟಾಪಹಾರಯೋಗಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಯುಕ್ತಸನ್ಮನಃ ಸರೋಜಯೋಗಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥25॥ ಅಂತಕಾಂತಕಾಯ ಪಾಪಹಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶಂತಮಾಯ ದಂತಿಚರ್ಮಧಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಸಂತತಾಶ್ರಿತವ್ಯಥಾವಿದಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಜಂತುಜಾತನಿತ್ಯಸೌಖ್ಯಕಾರಿಣೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥26॥ ಶೂಲಿನೇ ನಮೋ ನಮಃ ಕಪಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಪಾಲಿನೇ ವಿರಿಂಚಿತುಂಡಮಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ । ಲೀಲಿನೇ ವಿಶೇಷರುಂಡಮಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ಶೀಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಪ್ರಪುಣ್ಯಶಾಲಿನೇ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ ॥27॥ ಶಿವಪಂಚಾಕ್ಷರಮುದ್ರಾಂ ಚತುಷ್ಪದೋಲ್ಲಾಸಪದ್ಯಮಣಿಘಟಿತಾಂ । ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಮಾಲಿಕಾಮಿಹ ದಧದುಪಕಂಠಂ ನರೋ ಭವೇತ್ಸೋಮಃ ॥28॥
